Title: Rosedale Medical Group Office nurse (for Family Physicians)  

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, Day

Salary: $31.70 Hourly for 32.5 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Hamilton East / Stoney Creek, Ontario (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English, Not required


Work Setting: Physician's office


Area of Specialization: General duty, Clinic, Geriatrics


Specific Skills: Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, Assist in surgery and other medical procedures, Deliver health education programs, Provide health education, Provide nursing care, Deliver immunization programs


Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
